Weekend Wrap Up!

December 30, 2008

This holiday weekend was filled with craziness followed by some well deserved sleep.  Friday we had Christmas with my husbands family at the farm followed by purchasing yet another piece of farm equipment.  Seems like this is my mainstay every Christmas.  Oh well, everyone needs a full cab Kubota tractor thinga-ma-jig-man-toy, right?  We then came home to relax the rest of the weekend.  Which we did.  I don’t know that we left the house at all on Saturday and I probably slept most of the day.  Productive, I know.  We went to church on Sunday, then one of my all time faves, had Japanese.  I should make sure and get my fill of it now, there won’t be much to have at the farm.  Oh well, less calories I guess.  One of the things that annoys me at the current moment is the lack of good TV.  Which goes to show, I watch too much.  I need to make my own fun.  Sooooooo, I have taken up crocheting.  I am currently starting with—don’t fall over—a blanket.  Squares seem to be my thing, brings me less stress-or something like that.  Although these squares end up looking like trapezoids.  Hmmm.  I will post the finished product, if it ever comes to fruition!!!

I think you need new subjects for your blog. Every Monday seems to bring a weekend wrap up. This weekend, of all weekends, it seems you could have at least called it weekend unwrap.
